Replacement eligibility
- Your weekly allocation has been fully delivered.
- Each delivered opportunity has a recorded outcome.
- A minimum share of opportunities were actually contacted, per your plan's configured rule.
- No sale was recorded during the qualifying period.
- Your account is in good standing and within sending and abuse limits.
Anti-abuse: replacement opportunities are capped per period, require recorded outcomes rather than self-reported ones, and are withheld where outreach limits, suppression rules or acceptable-use policies were breached. The guarantee provides additional opportunities — it is not a monetary refund and does not promise a sale.
