Privacy Policy

Account data: email address, password hash, profile details, onboarding answers and display preferences such as your dashboard theme.

Usage data: pages viewed, businesses created, AI actions run, credit ledger entries, competition and challenge participation, referrals, and audit logs.

Billing data: subscription state, credit purchases and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; Go Variety never stores raw card numbers.

Business data: the content you enter or generate for the businesses and websites you build on the platform.

To operate the platform, generate businesses and websites, run competitions and leaderboards, meter AI credits, process payments and prevent abuse.

To send transactional and product notifications. Marketing email is optional and can be disabled in settings at any time.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your private business content to train third-party models.

Stripe (payments and payouts), our hosting and database providers, the configured AI model providers (content and image generation), and our transactional email provider.

Public pages you choose to publish — company profiles, leaderboards and live sites — are visible to anyone with the link.

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time from account settings; deletion removes personal data and unpublishes your sites.

Financial records required for tax and accounting are retained for the period required by law.
