Refund Policy

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

One-time purchases that have already been fulfilled (an opportunity delivered, a build generated) are generally non-refundable. If fulfillment fails, the purchase is refunded or re-issued.
