Refund Policy
How subscription, credit and one-time purchase refunds are handled.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Partial months are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Credits and one-time purchases
Credit bundles are refundable within 14 days of purchase for the unused portion, provided the account is in good standing.
Credits already spent on AI actions, and one-time purchases already fulfilled, are non-refundable. If fulfillment fails on our side, we refund or re-issue.
