Prohibited activity
Indiscriminate bulk emailing, purchased contact lists, deceptive subject lines, ignoring opt-out requests, or contacting suppressed businesses.
Scraping protected or private data, bypassing CAPTCHA or authentication, or violating a third party's terms of service.
Fabricating certifications, awards, licenses, guarantees, testimonials or credentials in generated content.
Enforcement
Violations may result in throttling, suspension or termination. Audit logs are retained for investigation.
