Go Variety turns an idea into a working business: branding, a website or storefront, offerings, copy and optional AI assistance, plus competitive features such as leaderboards, competitions and challenges.

Every business created on Go Variety is owned and operated by the founder who created it. Go Variety hosts and tools it; it does not become a partner in your business unless a separate written agreement says so.

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

One person, one account. Creating additional accounts to farm free credits, referral rewards or competition placements is a breach of these terms.

AI actions are priced in credits. Free accounts receive a signup grant plus a daily allowance that does not stack from day to day. Paid plans include a larger monthly allowance and additional capabilities.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable outside the features the platform provides, and expire when an account is closed. Prices and credit costs can change with notice shown in the app.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish, for fulfilling any sale you make, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer, tax and communication laws.

You must not use the platform for spam, fraud, misrepresentation, infringing content, or anything unlawful.

The service is provided as-is. Allowances, limits and features may be adjusted for infrastructure or abuse-prevention reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or any business result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Variety's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and the effective date above is updated.
